I know that when an adviser asks the right questions of switched-on clients, the results are fantastic. I play the long game and am extremely proud of the 50-plus-year relationships and four-generation families that my business continues to serve.

As the founder of Atomic Business Advisers, I am deeply invested in the growth of both our clients and our team — bringing energy, care, and clarity to everything we do.

I am a big fan of automation so that I can spend more quality time with my clients talking about their business or personal wealth goals. As a qualified Business Coach and SMSF Adviser I love setting strategies for business owners to achieve long term personal wealth from their business pursuits.

Enjoying good food on a night out with friends is my idea of a good time. Equally, I love getting into the outdoors with my dog Henry trotting along at my side.

As Practice Manager at Atomic, I bring over 15 years of experience within the same business — a journey that’s seen structural changes, growth, and evolution, both for the firm and for me personally. I started as an undergrad and have worked my way through the ranks: from grad to client manager, and now practice manager. That progression is what fuels my favourite part of the job — supporting and watching our team grow in their own careers.

My role spans HR, marketing, internal accounting, and making sure we’re always ahead of the curve with technology. I love finding new tools that genuinely solve problems and make our work better — there’s nothing more satisfying than discovering tech that just works.

Outside of work, I’m also a mum — which has brought its own kind of growth and change. I’m still figuring out how to fit in the things I’ve always loved like running, baking and HIIT, while learning what my new rhythm looks like as a working parent. It’s a juggle, but a fulfilling one.

If I am not out saving the world – most of my time is spent at the gym or watching all things sport and playing them.

Dan Brickwood

I help business owners cut through the noise and get control of their numbers. The focus is simple: build one source of truth, give clients confidence, and enable clear, fast decisions.

Three lanes shape my work: Tech, Tradies and Teaching.

• Tech – the way to achieve tighter controls with less admin, freeing owners to focus on what matters.
• Tradies – supporting the backbone of the Aussie economy with tools to manage job costing, cash flow, and compliance.
• Teaching – breaking complexity into manageable, bite-sized steps that drive real development and help clients start kicking goals from the sidelines.

I also believe the next decade will be defined by how small businesses leverage the power of AI. While it may feel like a frightening precipice for many, my role is to support and guide owners in adopting this technology in a practical, value-adding way.

Outside of work, I’m an (average) runner, into rugby league, and love water-skiing and camping with my family. Most weekends you’ll find me barracking for my daughter from the sidelines of her netball and OzTag games.

Moira Frazer

I’ve been working with Andy and the team for over 11 years, after moving back to Australia from the UK. When I first started, I focused mainly on personal tax, helping clients with their income tax returns—and I’m still looking after many of those same clients today. I enjoy the complex work, particularly tax returns that cross jurisdictions. Having moved between Australia and the UK myself, I understand firsthand the challenges of international tax, and finding practical solutions for clients navigating the difficulties of different tax years.

My real passion, though, is working with Self-Managed Super Funds. I love helping clients keep their records in order and, just as importantly, explaining the “why’s” behind what auditors ask for—because understanding the reasons makes the process so much easier. I also enjoy thinking outside the box to make things easier for clients or solve tricky problems, and I aim to break things down so clients feel confident and informed.

Outside of work, life is full and fun with two teenage boys who are involved in all kinds of sports, both winter and summer. When I get some time for myself, you’ll find me on the golf course, travelling, enjoying good food, or out on the slopes—sometimes managing to combine several of these!
