As a coming together of two great practices, I have worked hard to align the SaabTeece operations to ensure we drive efficiency.

I work with clients to use operational efficiency to improve profitability. I love to challenge clients to align their goals with their business decisions and actions, I do not shy away from the tough conversations.

My two passions in life are sport and business. Either participating myself or on the side-lines, constantly learning and developing my skills. I love meeting people and unlocking wisdom that each and every one of us possess.

I am a big fan of automation so that I can spend more quality time with my clients talking about their business or personal wealth goals. As a qualified Business Coach and SMSF Adviser I love setting strategies for business owners to achieve long term personal wealth from their business pursuits.

Enjoying good food on a night out with friends is my idea of a good time. Equally, I love getting into the outdoors with my dog Henry trotting along at my side.

I am a big believer in working smarter not harder. As the resident tech guru, I am passionate about cloud accounting software and making it work for my clients. By streamlining the day-to-day operations there is more time to make better, well informed decisions quicker.

Tax residency is my particular specialty whether it relates to a business or self-managed super funds. I am proud of my 10-year tenure at SaabTeece and I relish my role as Team Leader to enable our people to deliver their very best for our clients.

I find time for myself in the art of cake decorating and love the solitude and satisfaction that comes with long distance running.

As accountants we are considered as trusted advisors, and it is with this view that we should always add value to clients. Even the smallest step can make a big difference to an individual, small company and even larger companies. I believe for accountants to fully support and assist their clients that they need to look at the holistic approach and ask "What are the business' long term goals?".

Through my legal background, and many years in business advisory I have gained extensive knowledge in estate planning and business growth. I love assisting my clients to grow their businesses until they decide to retire. It is important for businesses to have an exit plan to ensure that all the hard work over the past years did not go to waste.

On the weekends, I enjoy increasing my knowledge by reading and listening to podcasts. If I am not reading, most of my time is spent at the gym or watching all things sport and playing them.

Tech, Tradies and Teaching are three key passions of mine.

Utilising available technology to create efficient systems and processes is a vital process in business development that I push all my clients to implement.

I come from a family of tradespeople in the construction industry – tradies are the backbone of the Aussie economy and I really enjoy helping these clients tackle the challenges unique to their industry.

I love learning and I love teaching. Breaking any job or project down into bite-sized, manageable tasks is crucial to train and mentor those around you.

Rugby league, water-skiing and running are my favourite pastimes. I’ll run a marathon, one day!
